Devil Dog Trailers (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a division of PAL Enterprises, LLC, based in Sanford, North Carolina. We respect your privacy and will never sell or rent your information. This page explains (1) how we collect, use, and protect your information and (2) the terms that apply when you use our website, forms, and communications (collectively, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to this Policy and these Terms.

1) What We Collect

• Information you provide: name, phone number, email, city/state, trailer preferences/specs, and any notes you share when requesting a quote, contacting us, or booking a call.
• Automatic data: IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed, time on page, referral URLs, and general location (via analytics cookies/pixels).
• Communications & preferences: your opt-ins to email/SMS, and your interactions with messages (opens, clicks, replies).
• Payment info (if ever collected online): If we accept deposits or payments online, processing is handled by a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

2) How We Use Your Information

• To provide quotes, specs, and options for trailers; schedule calls; and answer questions.
• To manage customer relationships, orders, and service.
• To send transactional messages about quotes or requested info and, if you opt in, marketing messages about new options, availability, and promotions.
• To maintain security, prevent fraud, measure performance, improve the Site, and comply with laws.

3) What We Don’t Do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• We only share data with service providers who help us operate the Site and deliver services (e.g., secure hosting, email/SMS delivery, analytics, payment processing), and only as needed to perform those services, under confidentiality obligations.

• Site content (specs, colors, pricing, availability) is informational and subject to change without notice.
• Official details (final specs, price, build timeline, and options) are confirmed in your written quote or purchase agreement.
• Images may show optional features; actual builds may vary.

3) Acceptable Use

• Do not interfere with Site security or accessibility.
• Do not use bots/scrapers to harvest data without permission.
• Do not upload or transmit malware or harmful code.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or submit false information.

4) Intellectual Property

All Site content—including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Devil Dog Trailers name/tagline (“Built with the grit of a devil dog, for the long haul.”)—is our property or licensed to us and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. You agree to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state courts located in Lee County, North Carolina for any disputes arising out of or relating to the Site.
