1. Eligibility

  • This promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of ticket purchase.
  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Devil Dog Trailers and DigiMac Marketing are not eligible to participate.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the ticket purchaser to verify that participation in this promotion is lawful in their jurisdiction. Devil Dog Trailers makes no representations regarding the legality of this promotion in any particular location.
  • By purchasing a ticket, participants confirm they meet all eligibility requirements and accept full responsibility for compliance with any applicable local rules.

2. Ticket Purchase

  • Tickets are 1 for $25, 3 for $50.00, or 7 for $100 (USD). There is no limit on the number of tickets a single participant may purchase.
  • Tickets may be purchased in two ways: (a) Online — via the official promotion page, with payment processed securely through Stripe; or (b) In-store — at Devil Dog Trailers, 1512 Westover Dr, Sanford, NC 27330, where cash and card payments are accepted.
  • All ticket purchases are final. No refunds will be issued except as provided in Section 4 (Minimum Ticket Requirement).
  • Purchases made by any automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified.
  • Valid contact information (name, email address, and phone number) is required at the time of purchase for all buyers, both online and in-store.

3. Physical Tickets & Entry Confirmation

  • All entries are recorded on official physical tickets. Each ticket is individually numbered and constitutes one entry into the drawing.
  • For online purchases: Upon completed payment, a staff member will prepare a physical ticket(s) in the buyer's name. The ticket stub(s) will be placed into the official drawing drum. The buyer will receive an email containing a photograph of their completed physical ticket(s) as official confirmation of entry. Retain this email — it may be required to claim the prize.
  • For in-store purchases: Physical tickets are issued at the time of purchase. The ticket stub is placed into the drawing drum. Buyers are strongly encouraged to provide an email address to receive confirmation of their entry.
  • Devil Dog Trailers maintains a master log of all issued ticket numbers and corresponding buyer information. In the event of any discrepancy, the official master log is the authoritative record.
  • Devil Dog Trailers is not responsible for entries lost due to incorrect contact information provided by the buyer.

4. Minimum Ticket Requirement

  • A minimum of 100 tickets must be sold for the drawing to take place and the prize to be awarded. The drawing will take place on April 18, 2026 or after the minimun ticket sales are met.
  • If for any reason the drawing does not take place, all online ticket purchasers will receive a full refund to their original payment method within 10 business days. In-store purchasers will be refunded by the original payment method where possible, or by check.
  • Devil Dog Trailers reserves the right to extend the ticket sale period in order to reach the minimum required.

5. The Prize

  • First Prize: One (1) 2026 6-foot x 12-foot enclosed trailer, as advertised. Retail value subject to current market pricing at time of drawing.
  • Prize Alternative: At the winner's written election made within 7 days of notification, the winner may instead receive a $3,500 credit toward a custom trailer order placed directly with Devil Dog Trailers. This credit has no cash value and is non-transferable.
  • The prize is available for pickup at Devil Dog Trailers, 1512 Westover Dr, Sanford, NC 27330. Transportation beyond the pickup location is the sole responsibility of the winner unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, except as described in the prize alternative above.
  • All applicable taxes, registration fees, title transfer fees, and any other costs associated with accepting the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. The Drawing

  • The drawing will be conducted via a live broadcast on the official Devil Dog Trailers Facebook page. The drawing date will be announced once the 100-ticket minimum is met.
  • The drawing is a physical ticket draw. All ticket stubs in the drum at the time of the drawing are eligible entries. One stub will be drawn at random by a neutral party on camera.
  • The live drawing will be recorded and retained as an official record.
  • Devil Dog Trailers staff and their immediate family members may not conduct or participate in the draw.

7. Winner Notification

  • The winner will be announced publicly during the live Facebook drawing and notified directly by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at purchase within 48 hours of the drawing.
  • The winner must respond to confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 calendar days of notification. Failure to respond within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner via a second draw.
  • The winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and/or Publicity Release as a condition of receiving the prize.
  • Proof of identity and ticket confirmation (email photograph or physical ticket) will be required to claim the prize.

8. Publicity

  • By entering this promotion, participants consent to the use of their name and general location (city/state) for promotional purposes by Devil Dog Trailers and DigiMac Marketing, including but not limited to social media posts, email announcements, and website content, without additional compensation.
  • Participants may opt out of publicity use by submitting a written request to Devil Dog Trailers at the contact information listed above prior to the drawing date.

9. Data Sharing & Privacy

  • This promotion is administered by Devil Dog Trailers in partnership with DigiMac Marketing (DigiMacMarketing.com), who provides marketing infrastructure and automation services for this promotion.
  • By purchasing a ticket — whether online or in-store — all participants acknowledge and agree that their contact information (name, email address, and phone number) will be shared with DigiMac Marketing solely for purposes related to this promotion, including entry confirmation, winner notification, and relevant follow-up communications.
  • Participants who purchase the optional "In the Right Order" business launch workbook ($47) will be presented with a separate consent checkbox at the time of purchase. Checking that box provides explicit permission for DigiMac Marketing to contact them with business resources, tools, and information about DigiMac Marketing services.
  • Neither Devil Dog Trailers nor DigiMac Marketing will sell participant information to unaffiliated third parties.
  • To opt out of communications from DigiMac Marketing at any time, participants may unsubscribe via the link in any email or contact DigiMac Marketing directly at DigiMacMarketing.com.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Devil Dog Trailers, DigiMac Marketing, and their respective officers, agents, and representatives are not responsible for: (a) lost, late, or undelivered entries or confirmation emails; (b) technical failures of any kind including payment processing; (c) unauthorized intervention; or (d) any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from acceptance or use of the prize.
  • By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Devil Dog Trailers and DigiMac Marketing from any and all claims arising out of participation in this promotion or acceptance and use of the prize.

11. General Conditions

  • Devil Dog Trailers reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this promotion at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In the event of cancellation prior to drawing, all ticket purchasers will be refunded.
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lee County, North Carolina.
  • By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
  • Devil Dog Trailers' decisions on all matters relating to this promotion are final and binding.
